While on the TC Press site, you may be asked to provide certain information by submitting an online form. When you submit personal information, you understand and agree that TC Press may transfer, store, and process your information in order to provide a service to you. When you make an online purchase, the information you provide allows us to process and fulfill your order, and to notify you of your order status. We need to know your name, email address, billing and mailing addresses, which are stored along with a record of the products you purchase. We also need to know your credit card number and expiration date. This information is used only to process your order. Once an online order has been confirmed, your credit card is not reused.
TC Press strives to protect online customer information in the same manner we protect customer information collected through telephone, mail or fax sales. We keep confidential any information entered during ordering and registration. When customers purchase books from TC Press, their shipping address is automatically added to our in-house mailing list used to inform customers of new books. Occasionally, we share our mailing list with other presses and organizations serving education professionals.
